A Peachy Keen Recipe: Prosciutto, Peach + Jalapeño Relish Rolls

In my opinion, peach season is one of the best seasons there is--especially here in Colorado where we have access to such amazing Palisade peaches, like the ones that inspired this recipe.

A perfect party appetizer, or a great snack platter for one--as delicious as they are easy to make. Do yourself a favor, swing by the farmer's market and grab some peaches from Forte Fruits and get this in your belly pronto. You can thank me later.


  • Sliced Peaches

  • Wheel of Brie 

  • Sweet Viking™ Relish

  • Prosciutto 

  • French's Fried Onions (optional)

The only limiting ingredient here is the prosciutto--typically a standard package from the grocery store contains 8 slices of prosciutto--if you're making for a large group or party you may want to get extra prosciutto.

Lay out slice of prosciutto, place brie, sliced peaches, relish, and then optional fried onions for crunch roughly in the top third of the slice (see photos).

Roll that bad boy up like a little burrito sent straight from God herself.

Pan fry briefly to get some browning on the prosciutto and get that brie all nice and melty.

That's literally it, you're done. Pro Tip: Make extra--you're going to want to do a lot of "quality control" - trust me on this one.
