~Sweet Jalapeño Relish- Mild/Medium--sweet and spicy: all jalapeño 
~Sweet Hot Pepper Blend Relish--True Medium--sweet and spicy: jalapeño,    habanero and Serrano peppers
~Batch #5 BBQ Sauce- Mild, classic KC or Memphis style, more brown sugar and tomato forward with a kick--great for grilling ribs or chicken 
~Batch #334 BBQ Sauce- Mild, the sauce I thought was too weird to release-more mustard and garlic drive-almost not a BBQ sauce anymore
